After the Game Drive, Dinner and Overnight at Karatu
These are indigenous ethnic group living around Lake Eyasi, in Karatu District. It is the southern part of the Ngorongoro
Conservation Area. They are estimated to only be around 1000 – 1500 Hadzabe people living in
Tanzania. The Hadzabe is one of the tribes in Tanzania which stay true to their tribal culture and history.
Hadzabe live off the land mostly in the caves, where they have no livestock or a permanent site to call it
Home. Men typically hunt and bring home honey to feed their families, while women and children gather
Fruits, berries, and roots with which to supplement their diet. Then later after finishing all the activities with
Hadzabe will visit another Tribe called Datoga. They are skillful and are also known for their blacksmith
Skills, while also supplying arrowheads to the Hadzabe and also Maasai.
Then Later drive back to Karatu in the Hotel.
Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when
some 2,500,000 hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle
join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of
eland, Topi, Kongoni, impala and Grant gazelles. Also Serengeti offers arguably the most amusing game-viewing in
Africa: great herds of buffalos and smaller groups of elephants, Lions, Rhinos, Leopards, Cheetahs and many more.

Full day in Serengeti National Park
Ngorongoro’s conservation area is one of the eight wonders of the world which boast the supreme blend
of landscapes/ wildlife, and people (Maasai). It is often called an African Eden that pioneering experiment
in multiple land use. Ngorongoro is a huge caldera that alone has over 20,000 large animals include some
of the Tanzania’s remaining black rhinos. The Makat soda lake is an attraction for flamingos and other
water birds. The lake is also an attraction for gazelle and zebras which they use to drink. Also on the crater
floor there are swamps which provide water and habitat for elephants and hippos as well as numerous small
animals such as frogs and snakes. The Lerai forest in the crater floor elephant feed on the forest shade
during mid-day.
Then later drive back to Karatu Town for dinner and Overnight
Lake Manyara National Park offers a virtual microcosm of the Tanzanian safari
experience. From the entrance gate, the road winds through an expanse of lush jungle like
groundwater forest where hundred-strong baboon troops lounge nonchalantly along the
roadside, blue monkeys scamper nimbly between the ancient mahogany trees, dainty
bushbuck tread warily through the shadows and outsized forest hornbills honk
Cacophonously in the high canopy. Large buffalo, wildebeest and zebra herds congregate on
these grassy plains, as do giraffes.
