The town of Bagamoyo was one of the most important trading ports on the East African coast and the penultimate stop of slave and ivory caravans travelling on foot from Lake Tanganyika on their way to Zanzibar. This town was once a most important trading port along the East African Coast and a German East Africa Capital. Bagamoyo is home to many ethnic groups, including the Wakwere, Wazaramoand Wazigua. Different cultures including people of Arab descent coexist in Bagamoyo making the town a peaceful and friendly place for visitors
from all over the world.

Saadan is where the beach meets the bush. The only wildlife sanctuary in East Africa to boast for an Indian Ocean
Beachfront. it is also the one place where those idle hours of sunbathing might Be interrupted by an elephant
strolling past, or a lion coming to drink at the nearby waterhole.

Pangani town has a long history culture the town has Arabic, German, Asian and British Colonial rules influence.
This is a place where Swahili, Arab, colonial traditions and modern hospitality blends together.
At the point where the massive Pangani River empties itself into the Indian Ocean whereby the sources of the
river is Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. Pangani has a coastline with clean beaches where endangered Green
Turtles breeds, historic sites, coral reefs, Old Port as well as great diversity of tropical marine dwellers
Maziwe was declared as Marine Reserves in 1975. Currently managed collaboratively with Pangani District
Council and Resident community. Maziwe is also a diversity of nearly 400 species of fish,35 general of hard and
soft corals, sponges and algae as well as shoreline birds have been identified. The long reef slopes and beautiful
coral gardens around the island are still visited by sea turtles looking for breeding places with records of about
200 nests of green and olive ridleyturtles in a season when maziwe was still a forested island.

This is the Paradise for the Herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, It’s the greatest
concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem – a smorgasbord for predators – and the one place in
Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are
regularly observed.

Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when
some 2,5000,000 hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle
join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of
eland, Topi, Kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle.

Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Ngorongoro conservation area is one of the eight wonders of the world which boast the supreme blend
of landscapes/ wildlife, and people (Maasai). It is often called an African Eden that pioneering experiment
in multiple land use. Ngorongoro is a huge caldera that alone has over 20,000 large animals include some
of the Tanzania’s remaining black rhinos. The Makat soda lake is an attraction for flamingo and other
water birds. The lake is also an attraction for gazelle and zebras which they use to drink. Also on the crater
flow are swamps which provide water and habitat for elephants and hippos as well as numerous small
animals such as frogs and snakes. The Lerai forest in the crater floor elephant feed on the forest shade
during mid-day.

Lake Manyara National Park offers a virtual microcosm of the Tanzanian safari
experience. From the entrance gate, the road winds through an expanse of lush jungle like
groundwater forest where hundred-strong baboon troops lounge nonchalantly along the
roadside, blue monkeys scamper nimbly between the ancient mahogany trees, dainty
bushbuck tread warily through the shadows and outsized forest hornbills honk
cacophonously in the high canopy. Large buffalo, wildebeest and zebra herds congregate on
these grassy plains, as do giraffes.
